So if I post two times in one day, does that mean I've made up for yesterday's no-post?

This is just a quickie, though, since I caught this while I was going through my list of daily webcomics. I regularly check out Filibuster Cartoons, whose artist and writer is Canadian and heavily into politics. Well, despite his lack of sports love, he decided to run a little with the whole Ottawa Senators angle today:

I can't help but laugh at the beaver in the oversized Sens' helmet.

Alright, I'm out for the day.

Happy Canadian Senator Beaver urges you to use him as your cute playoff mascot! \('.')/ DO IT!

I will! But what are we supposed to do with Spartacat then? He has people to feed too!

I need my eyes (or my brain) checked; I read Sherry's last comment as something about feeding people to Spartacat...

That gives me an idea, Sarah.

Sherry, we can send Spartacat to Anaheim where he'll be doing some outsource work in California, while getting to eat a couple Ducks' fans on the side! In the meantime, Mr. Canadian Senator Beaver can take over back home.

Sarah - You wouldn't be wrong. I think that's how Sparty's hair is so luscious.

Michael - That's a great idea! Somebody's got to represent at Scotiabank Place while the boys are out west =P Maybe then we can get the rest of the Canadian stragglers not on the bandwagon to jump on. How could you say no to that beaver?

Aw, here I just thought he ate his Iams every day and that's why his mane is so sleek...
